Everyone's welcome. At Susie's we are able to cater to small groups of 16 to 20 people. We serve seniors groups and family groups. We also prepare meals for take out and picnic foods can be aranged with advanced notice. At Susie's we prepare food the way you like it, if you have a special need we will do it your way. Children are always welcome, it gives them a chance to stretch their legs and have a hike to Susie's 1st. barn. It is a small hike of about 100 feet up a rockside. The view is wonderful up there. On a clear day you can see all the way down Bonavista Bay.

Accessibility Notes: Assistance available if required.

 Eco-Friendly Notes

Susie's Cafe is situated very near the ocean, there are areas where most people can walk down to the waters edge over million year old rocks, or you could stroll our small beach. You may be lucky enough to be there at the right time for the Caplin rolling. The beach is not a sandy beach but more small beach rocks, with high cliffs on one side and more flat rocks on the others, it is a good place for fossil hunting. There are also many hiking trails around the cliff edge. At Susie's we can pack you a lunch for your hike.

 Locally or Family-Owned Business Notes

Susie's Cafe is a small family owned operation that opened in 2000. Susie's is located on Route 235, just a 15 minute drive from Historic Bonavista. At Susie's you can also see our traditional NFLD hooked mats made by various award winning artists. Please drop by and enjoy.
