Port Rexton is located on the Bonavista Peninsula which is approximately a 3 hour drive from the Capital city of St John's.

When arriving to the Bonavista Peninsula you can take one of the three entrances:

• the eastern entrance onto Route 230a at Clarenville.
• the central entrance onto Route 230 near Thorburn Lake.
• the western entrance onto Route 233 at Port Blandford.

Follow the Discovery Trail (route 230) for approximately 70 km (43.5 mi) to the Trinity Bight area. Turn right in Port Rexton onto Trinity East access (Rocky Hill Road).
