The Placentia Bay Cultural Arts Centre is a modern multipurpose facility located in the town square of historic Placentia and just minutes from the Argentia Ferry Terminal. The centre is dedicated to the celebration of the cultural and heritage expressions of the region through presentation of contemporary and traditional arts, educational and community events, and entertainment.  

The centre offers reception, exhibit, gallery, workshop, and performance space. It also has a catering room, dressing room and audio visual services on-site.  

Local artwork is exhibited throughout the year along with a number of cultural fairs, workshops, concerts, piano recitals, community meals, lectures, dance classes, arts and crafts classes, yoga, card games, and the list goes on!  The centre is home to the Placentia Area Theatre D’heritage Troupe who presents live theatre during the summer.

Seasons Open: Year round

Hours Open: Weekdays 8:30 am - 4pm (or as otherwise advertised for special events)

Fees: Free Admission with exception of special events
