From the spacious veranda of at William's Rest B&B, guests have a spectacular view of the sandy beach of Salmon Cove on one side and the waters of Conception Bay on the other. The natural beauty of the area is captured as the whales swim into the cove persuing the caplin. In early summer, icebergs can be seen in the bay. The area is also an eagles nesting ground and the magnificent birds can be spotted fishing in the waters of the cove. Guests can spend their days touring the Baccalieu Trail, visiting the museums, restaurants, and local attractions or just relaxing on the front porch, enjoying our Newfoundland hospitality.

A cozy library, filled with books is a favourite with guests. Outdoors, the porch offers a wonderful view of the bay, while benches line the edges of a fire pit.

At William's Rest is a new home with all the modern conveniences, but it stands on property that once held fish flakes and gardens.
